Make sure to open it gently and always close it after each use, especially to protect it from the wind.
Our tips for preserving your parasol
- Check the condition of the fabric and tighten any loose screws if necessary.
- To clean the fabric, do so when it is dry. Use a soft brush to remove visible debris. The top of the fabric is easier to clean when the parasol is closed.
- For stubborn stains, use the same solution of warm soapy water and the soft brush to remove dirt and mildew.
- Avoid detergents, as they would compromise the water-repellent treatment.
How to winterize your parasol?
When the fabric of your parasol is completely dry, wrap it in a protective cover or a sheet; absolutely avoid storing it in plastic.
